PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Bring Protection Information and Controls Directly to the Driver

IPS-HMI combines display, touch, buttons and audio output in an onboard interaction terminal connected to EV-IPS over Gigabit Ethernet. Its 10.1-inch high-brightness screen presents status and prompts, while the physical keypad and dedicated buttons provide additional cab controls.

01

Visual Information

Presents system status, perception imagery and project-defined prompts on a 10.1-inch high-brightness touchscreen.

02

Physical Controls

A 2 × 11 matrix keypad with latching and reset buttons provides independent cab input channels.

03

Audio Alerts

Dual 5 W stereo speakers support system audio and project-defined alerts.

04

Onboard Terminal Integration

Connects to EV-IPS over Gigabit Ethernet, with power and mechanical installation adapted to the cab.

SYSTEM ROLE

Connect the EV-IPS Onboard Computer with the Driver

The HMI handles information presentation and human interaction; it does not independently perform environmental perception or risk assessment. Interface content, prompt logic and available operations are defined by project software.

01

EV-IPS Onboard Computer

Outputs system status, perception results and project-defined prompts.

02

IPS-HMI

Unifies graphics, touch, button and audio interaction.

03

Driver

Allows the driver to view status, receive prompts and perform authorized operations.

COCKPIT INTERACTION

Touch, Buttons and Audio Cover Multiple Cab Interaction Modes

The touchscreen supports graphical information browsing; the matrix keypad handles common functions; latching and reset buttons provide independent controls; and dual speakers deliver audio prompts. Channel functions are subject to the project interface and operating instructions.

POWER & CONNECTIVITY

Gigabit System Connectivity with Local Commissioning Interfaces

The terminal connects to EV-IPS through M12 A-Code Gigabit Ethernet and provides two USB commissioning ports. Power wiring must account for the voltage discrepancy in the current datasheet.

POWER

DC 12–24 V

Rated input range in the datasheet overview and system-power section; maximum power 20 W.

NETWORK

1000M

One M12 A-Code female network port for system data communication.

SERVICE

2 × USB

For project deployment, commissioning and maintenance; permissions are defined by the delivery plan.

To Be Confirmed:The datasheet's power-interface field states DC 110 V, which conflicts with DC 12–24 V in the overview and system-power section. This site temporarily displays DC 12–24 V. Product selection, harness design and power-on must use the confirmed interface-control document.

MECHANICAL INTEGRATION

Compact Housing for Cab Installation

The device measures 330 × 230 × 57 mm and weighs 3.2 kg. Rear mounting uses a 75 × 75 mm hole pattern with four M4 bolts. Installation must also verify viewing angle, touch clearance, speaker obstruction and cable outlet.
