The system also creates a reference number and converts the connection source into a rate-limit identifier that cannot directly reveal the original IP address, to prevent abusive and duplicate submissions.

We use this information only to confirm and respond to inquiries, discuss products or solutions, conduct necessary business follow-up, protect the form and notification systems, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use inquiry information for unrelated marketing without separate consent.
4. Storage, access and sharing
Inquiry records are stored in a company-managed server database. Authorized staff are notified through an internal Feishu group bot. Access is limited to staff who need it for inquiry handling, system operations or legal obligations. We do not publish inquiries or sell personal information.

If you submit an inquiry from another country or region, the information will be transferred to, processed and stored in China.
